Love Pistols in Color is a collaboration between contemporary urban artists ARMO and Carly Ivan Garcia (also see).  Here are clips from the opening in Berkeley, CA.

          

Pacman, Tetris, Arkanoid. Once-friendly, familiar characters wreak havoc on the buildings, streets and cars of New York. The video was created by Patrick Jean from the Paris-based special effect studio One More Production

With a flair for dramatic oil and mixed media paintings, Carly Ivan Garcia's (CIG) work has kept the California native quite busy for a few years now.    From Miami Art Basel 09, to his current showing at Room Room Interior Art Gallery, and the upcoming Ed Harris movie (Touching Home), it seems like CIG's work is always on display.  But why not, the art speaks for itself.
